Customer Service & Admin Role

DNA Worldwide is seeking a truthful, caring and dedicated individual who can join our small UK customer service team, based in Frome, Somerset starting on a part time (afternoon) basis with flexiblity to cover holidays full time and sick cover in the mornings.

Excellent IT skills are essential, with prior telesales experience and a great telephone manner.

The role will involve:

  •  Processing website orders
  •  Answering phones
  •  Processing order returns
  •  Communicating with customers
  •  Answering emails
  •  Outbound call to solicitors, doctors etc..

Work Hours/Time: 1:00PM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday.

Holiday Cover:

  • 10th - 14th August 2009
  • 24th Nov - 15th Dec 2009

Growth: Option to grow to more hours and days with ability, as well as covering staff holiday time or illness.

Wages: £6.5-8 per hour, dep on skills
