The Doggie DNA Print Test

The public availability of the dog genome has provided the basis for the development of cutting-edge tools and techniques for understanding canine genealogy.

  1. We can assess your dog's ancestry population (its relationship to four ancient ancestral breeds) and display it's characteristics in comparison to a database of existing reference-breed dogs.
  2. In the near future (at no additional fee if you sign up now) we will provide you with a ten-digit proprietary score that allows you to compare your dog's score to our database of purebred and mixed breeds allowing accurate breed identification.
  3. We will then provide you with your dogs breed makeup by percentage based on the 209 recognised breeds. This shows the most likely makeup of your cross breed dog from all the possible breeds.
