Home Maternity DNA Test

Accurately establish the biological mother of a child with the world’s most advanced maternity DNA test.

This home maternity testing kit is a simple peace of mind test, which includes everything you need to take a DNA sample in the comfort of your own home. It looks at a minimum of 21 DNA markers, and tests are run twice for 100% accuracy. Similar to the paternity test, the DNA pattern of the child is compared with that of the alleged mother.

Your DNA test results are issued within 3-5 working days on our secure online system, where you can also track the status of your test. Full support is offered and we are fully ISO:17025 accredited and ISO: 9001, ISO:27001 and ISO:14001 certified.

Every maternity test is confidential, we will send the test to the provided address in a discrete style of packaging, to upheld client confidentiality. However if you have any concerns, our dedicated team will be happy to help you.

Should you require a maternity DNA test for legal purposes, please find more information here

Understanding DNA Test Results

Reasons a person may require a maternity test:

Immigration

In many immigration cases, a maternity DNA test may be required to prove a biological relationship between a mother and child. The DNA sample for an immigration test needs to be taken by a professional doctor or nurse for legal reasons. If you require a maternity test specifically for immigration purposes, please find more information in our immigration section.

Adoption

A person who was put up for adoption as a child may want to find out who their biological mother is. A maternity test will be able to prove a conclusive result, establishing whether or not there is a biological relationship.

Surrogacy

A surrogate is required when a woman cannot medically carry a child. It is possible for the surrogate to contribute to the child’s DNA, however the contribution would be extremely small and not affect the physical appearance or characteristics of the child. DNA testing is able confirm that the donor is the biological mother and not the surrogate.

IVF

A maternity DNA test offers women who have undergone IVF treatment peace of mind that there hasn’t been a mix up during the fertilisation process, and that the child is biologically theirs.
