Arranging a DNA, Drug & Alcohol Test is normally a time consuming process, especially with the complexity of collection appointments for multiple participants located in different countries with different Doctors.

DNA Worldwide, through its full service process, manage all stages and work directly with the test participant(s). Involvement by the Solicitor/Professional is kept to a minimum.

With a network of collection sites across the UK and international locations it's simple for the client. DNA Worldwide will arrange the whole process and in many cases clients can have their appointment within 24hours.

Step by Step Process

1. Instruct DNA worldwide by phone, email, online or fax and provide:
   a. Participant Name(s), DOB, Case/FCO numbers and Contact Details
   b. Address(es) to which the test report should be sent
   
   
2. DNA worldwide will contact and supply the local collection site(s) with the participant details and will ship securely barcoded Collection Kits for each participant.
   
   
3. DNA Worldwide will then contact each participant, providing them with the collection site details so that they can book a suitable appointment time. If required DNA Worldwide can also assist booking appointment times for the participant.
   
   
4. Once the collection has taken place and the sample kits have been returned, DNA Worldwide will notify all parties via email and text with an estimated completion date. Results are released within 3-5 business days for most cases and 5-10 days for complex situations. 

The process can be tracked online or over the phone.
