Woman claims to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate daughter, files for paternity testing

A woman has claimed to be the illegitimate daughter of deceased pop legend Michael Jackson and has filed for the right to a DNA test to prove her claim, celebrity gossip site TMZ.com reports.

Mocienne Petit Jackson, 35, claims that she was conceived by Jackson when he was just a teenager and that she has been the victim of a rather extensive conspiracy to hide her paternity. TMZ reports that Mocienne has filed legal documents with L.A County Superior court which if approved by a Judge, could give her the right to a paternity test which would give her a solid claim to the Jackson estate.

The details of her claims may however count against her. Mocienne, who now live in the Netherlands, claims she is the daughter of both Michael Jackson and Barbara Ross - the older sister of Motown singer Diana Ross. She says that she was conceived in a secret affair between the two, when Mrs Ross was 33 and Jackson was 17.

Furthermore she claims that when she was 9 years old, family matriarch Katherine Jackson organised a convoluted plan where the young Mocienne was abducted and sent to Belgium to protect Michael's "reputation". Incredibly, she claims that all 7 of her abductors were later murdered to keep the conspiracy a secret.

It is not entirely clear whether or not her alleged parents were involved in her life prior to her abduction. So far, no response has been made or enquiring calls returned by either Diana or Barbara Ross, or the Michael Jackson estate.

According to TMZ, Mocienne says that she has come forward to "formally claim my part of my father's inheritance" and has even requested custody of the deceased singer's children so she can provide them with a "more normal life."
